Tonight's Menu....

Starter:
Bruschetta on toasted garlic french bread
A little thinly sliced prosciutto, mozzarella and tomato

Salad:
Spinach Salad w/ vidalia onion dressing

Entree:
Shredded buffalo chicken stuffed sweet potatoes (One of Jeremy's favorites)
